Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms constitute a public offer by Ledgerly LLC (the "Provider") addressed to any person (the "Client") who accepts these terms.

2. Scope of services

The Provider agrees to perform accounting, bookkeeping and tax advisory services for the Client, including tax preparation, filing with federal and state authorities, and related advisory support within the selected package.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance occurs when the Client signs an individual engagement agreement or pays an issued invoice.

4. Obligations of the parties

• The Provider shall perform services professionally and confidentially.
• The Client shall provide complete and accurate financial information in a timely manner.

5. Fees and payment

Payment is made in advance. A 15% discount applies to annual prepayment.

6. Liability

The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client over the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Unused prepaid fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
